The Election Commission of India (ECI)  is set to visit Kerala on March 6–7 and West Bengal on March 9–10  to review preparedness for the upcoming 2026 Assembly elections . According to official sources, the poll schedule may be announced shortly after the Commission’s West Bengal visit .
