The 8th edition of Exercise Shakti-2025, a bilateral military exercise between India and France, is scheduled to take place from 18th June to 1st July at La Cavalerie in France. The primary objective of the exercise is to enhance joint military capability for conducting multi-domain operations in sub-conventional scenarios.
In a social media post, the Indian Army highlighted that the exercise will serve as a platform to build interoperability, mutual understanding, and camaraderie between the two armies. This aligns with the broader goal of fostering effective collaboration during joint missions.
According to reports, Exercise Shakti-2025 will allow both sides to exchange best practices in military tactics, techniques, and procedures related to joint operations. Such exchanges are crucial for strengthening operational coordination and understanding between the forces.
Beyond its tactical focus, the exercise is also expected to bolster defence cooperation and deepen bilateral ties between India and France, reaffirming their commitment to strategic partnership and shared security interests.
